What is Plywood Pre-Pressing?

Before the plywood boards go into the hot press, they are first pressed in a cold press at room temperature. This step uses light pressure to help the glue stick the veneer layers together. It shapes and holds the board in place, making the final hot pressing more effective and improving the overall quality.

Why Plywood need Pre-Pressing?
