This 90HP peeling machine is a heavy-duty weighing in at 8.5 tons. Built with K87 helical gear reducers and massive 105mm lead screws, it is engineered for absolute stability and extreme performance.
It peels faster (up to 100m/min), peels better (double rail guide in each side), and lasts longer thanks to our advanced oil-immersed slide bar system. Investing in this machine isn’t just an upgrade—it’s buying a high-yield, high-precision ‘money-making machine’ for your factory!

Why Use Double-Piston in Each Side?
When choosing the veneer peeling machine, the guide rails on both sides are often overlooked. However, these dual parallel rails (the sliding system) are the secret to ensuring your veneer is consistent, smooth, and cost-effective.
Peeling veneer is like sharpening a pencil; the steadier the hand, the smoother the result.
Traditional single-rail systems provide only “line contact,” which can allow the knife carriage to tilt or vibrate during heavy peeling. Our dual parallel rails create a stable physical plane, locking the 2-ton carriage into a fixed horizontal path.
This eliminates “knife chatter.” The resulting veneer surface is as smooth as a mirror, completely reducing the veneer roughness.
Wood is never uniform—knots and high-density areas (like the “sunny side” of the tree) create massive kickback forces against the blade.
The dual rails act like twin train tracks. When the blade hits a hard knot, the parallel structure prevents the carriage from twisting or deviating. It forces the knife to maintain its exact position.
Even when processing the toughest timber, the machine maintains a steady feed. This ensures your veneer thickness is accurate to the micron and that the left and right sides are perfectly symmetrical.
The guide rail is a “wear part.” Once it develops grooves or scratches, the machine’s precision is lost.
“Load Sharing” is the greatest advantage here. By distributing the weight and peeling pressure across two rails instead of one, the pressure per square inch is cut in half. This significantly delays metal fatigue.
This prevents “rail biting” (uneven wear caused by torque). While single-rail machines might require maintenance every year, our dual-rail design stays precise for years, turning saved maintenance costs into pure profit for you.
Superior Quality: Say goodbye to uneven thickness; you will see the difference in every sheet.
High Efficiency: No need to slow down for hard knots; the machine’s rigidity handles it all.
Lower Costs: Longer maintenance cycles and more durable rails mean more money stays in your pocket.
A single-rail machine is like a tightrope walker—one wrong move and it wobbles. Our dual-rail machine is like a high-speed train on a track—it’s fast, it’s heavy-duty, and it never misses a beat. If you want the best board, you need the best foundation.”
